About Us
Dr. Del Pizzo, as Medical Director of Medi-Clinic Sarasota, is a Board Certified physician, with several years of experience in primary and urgent care medical treatment.
Formally trained as a staff anesthesiologist, Dr. Del Pizzo has held various executive and managerial appointments in regional hospitals and medical offices. In addition, he has been licensed in Florida as a medical professional for over 40 years and over the course of his career, he has contributed significant anesthesia research, which has been published in a variety of prominent medical journals and publications.
In 1994, Dr. Del Pizzo made the decision to start his own private practice and offer superior health care to the Sarasota, Osprey, Nokomis, and Venice areas. Since its doors have been opened, Medi-Clinic Sarasota has been serving the area with quality medical service, expert professional care, and personalized patient attention.
